BIOGRAPHY Dj VINJAY

Vincenzo Facino,aka Vinjay is a young and talented Italian dj-producer.
He's keen on music and technology since he was very young, he started early to develop his own recording studio and to become familiar with computers, mixer, sampler and keyboards
He released his first tracks in 2005 and in 2006 he started up his own label (KrotonSoundRecordings).
In 2006, he released the 'For Your Love Ep' featuring Ingrid B , that reached the top of some radio charts. In 2008 his 'Deep Experience EP' was released by Oryx/Axum, then the 'Detroit Experience vol.1' was supported by many dj's such as Joy Kitikonti, Markantonio, Roberto Molinaro, Francesco Farfa, Tony H, Luca Agnelli, Alex Dandi etc...
But 2009 was a very important and busy year for Vinjay; he won an award as 'Best Italian Emerging Producer 2009' by the Movida Corona Contest (released by Corona Extra and Mtv). He won the national contest, he flew to London and performed at Ministry of Sound, where he finally placed in the third position among all the European dj's.
Among his latest releases we have 'In The Night', 'Locomotive Ep', 'The Sunset' , 'Toxis Business' with Dennis Borrelli and the remixes for Fuzzy Hair, Simona Gee 'Jungle Lady', Andy T 'Etnika', Peter Santos 'Clocks' and many more..
Now his new single 'The Strobe' is ready and it has been be released on MTM Label.
During his dj set his particular tech-house sound is always combined with techno and tribal elements and it's really international and original.
He always focus his attention on the dancefloor and when he plays, he likes remixing and creating realtime mash up, using the sampler and effects machine such as Electribes Korg and M-Audio Controller.
In June 2010 he performed at ROCK IN RIO music Festival in Madrid, representing Italy; here he performed together international pop-star and biggest djs of the world like TIESTO , VAN DYK , GUETTA , AXWELL , SANDER KLEINENBERG , SHAKIRA , RIHANNA , BON JOVI , CALLE 13, etc
